When to convert, and when not to
Convert WebM to 3GP when you need to load a video onto a very old phone, a legacy in-car system, or another device that only reads the 3GP format and can't handle newer web video.
Keep the WebM if you're staying on a modern phone, computer, or website, since 3GP's smaller size comes from cutting picture and sound quality you can't get back.
