Terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Morphjet (“Morphjet”, “we”, “us”), a product developed by Verispan Data Systems, covering this website, the launch waitlist, and, once it's available, the Morphjet app. We've kept them as plain as terms can be. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to the parts that apply today. By buying and installing the app later, you agree to the rest.

Who can use Morphjet

You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live (generally 18, or the age of majority in your region) to buy the app, and at least 16 to join the waitlist. If you're using Morphjet for an organisation, you're confirming you're allowed to agree to these terms on its behalf.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything.
• The founding discount applies to the launch price for people on the waitlist at launch. We'll email the code when Morphjet is available.
• We're aiming to launch in July 2026. If that date moves, your waitlist spot and your discount still stand.
• You can leave the waitlist any time. Just ask, and we'll remove you.

Your licence to use the app

When the app ships and you buy it, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Morphjet on the computers you own or control, for as many of your own machines as your licence covers. The app is licensed to you, not sold outright: you own your copy and your files, and we keep ownership of the software itself.

You agree not to:

• resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app, or share your licence key so others can avoid buying it;
• pass the app off as your own, or remove or hide any notices inside it;
• use the Morphjet name or logo as if you were us, or in a way that implies we endorse you.

You may reverse-engineer the app only to the extent the law expressly says you can, regardless of anything above.

What you're responsible for

Because Morphjet runs on your own machine, you're in control of what you convert. You're responsible for having the right to use, convert, and store the files you run through it, and for not using the app to break the law or infringe someone else's rights. What you do with your own files stays between you and your computer, and we're not part of it.

Buying Morphjet

• Morphjet is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You pay once and the app is yours to keep and use.
• Prices are shown before you pay and may vary by region or over time; taxes may be added depending on where you are.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. We don't store your full card details.

Updates

Using the version you bought is always yours, and that never expires. Which future updates are included is shown clearly at the time you buy: customers who join early, waitlist members included, receive updates at no extra cost for as long as they use the app, as our thank-you for being first. Any terms for later customers will be spelled out before purchase, and never applied after the fact. To be plain about it: paying for updates is never required to keep using a version you already own, and Morphjet is not a subscription.

Refunds

If Morphjet doesn't do what you need, tell us and we'll make it right, including a refund within a fair window after purchase. The full refund policy will be posted here at launch, alongside any rights you have under your local consumer law, which these terms don't take away.

Third-party components

Morphjet is built on top of well-established third-party software components, each provided under its own licence. Those components are provided by their authors “as is”, and using Morphjet includes agreeing to their terms where they apply.

The app is provided “as is”

We work hard to make Morphjet reliable, but no software is perfect. To the fullest extent the law allows, Morphjet is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Always keep your own backups of important files before converting them.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Morphjet won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app or this site. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Morphjet. Nothing in these terms limits anything that can't legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Intellectual property

The Morphjet name, logo, this website, and the app's design and code are ours and are protected by law. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond the licence to use the app described above. Your files are, and remain, entirely yours.

Changes, suspension and ending the agreement

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and, for anything significant, make it easy to notice. Carrying on using the site or the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using Morphjet at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Governing law

We'll confirm the governing law and venue for any dispute here at launch. Until then, nothing in these terms removes the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country you live in, and we'll always try to sort out any problem with you directly, and in good faith, first.
